1. Coordinate internal and external transportation, including shuttles and freight forwarders.
2. Ensure compliance with transport procedures and manage carrier onboarding.
3. Optimize transportation costs and lead times.
4. Support invoice verification and purchase order generation.
5. Collaborate with Trade Compliance for non-EU transport.
6. Monitor cost trends and resolve transport issues.
7. Support external logistics provider and monitor KPI performance.
8. Coordinate internal warehouse activities for prototypes, samples, and finished goods.
9. Control warehouse movements and stock levels in ERP and WMS systems.
10. Manage barcode stamping for production.
11. Organize annual and cycle stock counts.
12. Manage the return of finished goods after sale.

1. Experience in logistics transport and warehouse management.

1. Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and WMS systems.
2. Ability to assess, prioritize, and manage team workload.
3. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
4. Excellent planning and organization skills.
5. Good problem-solving skills.
6. Strong team-building abilities.
7. Ability to maintain a global vision of assigned activities.

Experience in logistics transport and warehouse management is required.
