1. Shape and evolve architecture across Digital Workplace, EUC, and IAM, ensuring alignment with Burberry’s standards and security frameworks.
2. Lead technical design and delivery for workplace platforms, including SOEs for Windows, macOS, mobile, and specialized devices.
3. Optimize performance and experience using DEX insights, including analytics, telemetry, and sentiment data.
4. Drive resilient identity services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and lifecycle automation.
5. Contribute to governance forums and maintain high-quality architectural documentation across the Architecture Repository.
6. Support troubleshooting of major incidents and complex device or identity issues alongside Service and Engineering teams.

1. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Copilot), Intune, JAMF, and DEX tooling (e.g., Nexthink).
2. Strong knowledge of IAM practices and technologies: SSO (SAML/OIDC), Conditional Access, MFA, and PAM; familiarity with SailPoint, PingID, or BeyondTrust is desirable.
3. Expertise in device lifecycle management, endpoint security, and Zero Trust principles across global environments.
4. Clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to make complex technology accessible to all.
5. Experience designing or supporting solutions in hybrid multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Alibaba).
6. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Intune, JAMF) or equivalent practical experience.
