3. In-depth understanding of luxury service expectations.
4. Excellent leadership and people management skills.

5. Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems, comfortable with digital tools.

Previous experience in a similar role within luxury retail, demonstrating the ability to drive sales and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
