Burberry Team Manager

- Drive the digital experience in-store and communicate using digital resources.
- Understand and communicate business needs and ideas effectively.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Ability to handle complex customer service issues.
- Fluent and professional communication with clients and staff.
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
