Burberry Team Manager

- Lead and coach sales associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive sales for assigned categories in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Ensure the delivery of the Burberry Experience by coaching and providing feedback to the team.
- Manage customer flow to ensure exemplary service and no unattended clients.
- Facilitate partnerships on the sales floor among sales associates, specialists, and operations team.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback post-customer interactions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and retain talent through performance reviews and development plans.
- Integrate new employees into the business and lead by example in customer interactions.
- Partner with Store Manager and Training to oversee Burberry Experience training within the store.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Oversee digital engagement in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
- Understand and communicate business needs to elevate performance.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and operational guidelines.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security and POS processes.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficient in handling complex customer service issues.
- Ability to communicate fluently and professionally with clients and staff.
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
