- In-depth understanding of luxury client expectations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Genuine interest in fashion and styling with excellent product knowledge.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and solve problems.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems, comfortable with digital tools.
Previous experience in luxury retail, specifically in driving department sales and profitability while maintaining high customer service standards.
