1. Enhance sales performance and consistently achieve goals in collaboration with store management.
2. Analyze store and competitor performance to drive business growth.
3. Lead a high-performing, customer-facing team, setting performance targets and driving productivity.
4. Serve as a brand ambassador, exhibiting passion for Burberry and strong product knowledge.
5. Model excellent client experience and develop long-term relationships with top clients.
6. Monitor CRM database to assist in executing company CRM initiatives and manage client outreach.
7. Ensure consistent product knowledge and training across the store team.
8. Develop and retain talented employees through performance reviews and development plans.
9. Oversee shop floor operations and ensure coordination between FOH and BOH activities.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high retail standards.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail, driving sales and maintaining customer service standards.
2. Commercial awareness with exposure to sales-related KPIs.
3. In-depth understanding of luxury service expectations.

3. Flexibility and adaptability to change.
4. Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
5. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve.

Previous experience in a similar role within luxury retail, focusing on sales and customer service.
