Burberry Team Manager

- Lead the store team on the shop floor to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets and departmental KPIs.
- Partner with store management to analyse performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to exceed targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador and product specialist across all categories, driving conversion through styling, product knowledge and personalised service.
- Manage CRM activities: capture and analyse client data, execute CRM initiatives and drive relevant client outreach to grow long-term relationships.
- Recruit, coach and develop team members through structured training, performance reviews and individual development plans.
- Oversee FOH and BOH coordination, merchandise processing, shop-floor standards and compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.
- Maintain visibility of store operating expenses and contribute to cost control while ensuring high standards of housekeeping and merchandising.
- Proven experience in luxury retail with responsibility for driving a department’s sales and profitability.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales-related KPIs and analysing business performance.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, including coaching and performance development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Deep product knowledge and a genuine interest in fashion and styling.
- Organised, able to prioritise and solve problems in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Advanced familiarity with POS, store systems and CRM processes; comfortable using digital tools.

Proven, hands-on experience in luxury retail leadership—managing a customer-facing team, driving sales performance and overseeing CRM and merchandising activities. Experience should include accountability for departmental targets and team development.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or vocational qualification in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
