Burberry Store Operations Supervisor

- Support the Store Manager in implementing procedures to streamline and safeguard store operations.
- Ensure compliance with store and company administration systems to minimize losses, including omnichannel and stock pull back.
- Maximize productivity and minimize stock loss through effective management of back-of-house space and resources.
- Oversee the aftersales process, coordinating with on-site tailors and external vendors to enhance the client experience.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accuracy in receiving and handling stock orders from hubs or warehouses.
- Collaborate with marketing, client engagement, merchandising, visual merchandising, and facilities on stock-related matters.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational, addressing issues through Ask services promptly.
- Maintain a tidy back of house, compliant with Health and Safety and Retail Operations Standards.
- Conduct quality control on all products, reporting issues to store lead.
- Perform administrative tasks including answering calls, liaising with customer service, and managing orders.
- Previous administration experience and cash handling experience.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Passion for technology and ability to embrace new technology.
Previous experience in administration and cash handling is required. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
