1. Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and processing stock orders from the hub or warehouse, ensuring product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
2. Assist the sales team by promptly retrieving stock, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
3. Maintain a tidy and compliant back-of-house area in accordance with Retail Operations and Standards.
4. Conduct quality control on all products, reporting any issues to the store lead.
5. Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the client experience.
6. Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational, addressing concerns through Ask services immediately.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls, liaising with customer service, and managing stationary and supermarket orders.
8. Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as required.

1. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Experience with SAP is desirable.
5. Ability to work effectively within a team.
6. Capacity to thrive in a busy team environment.

Previous experience in a retail operations role is preferred, particularly with inventory management and customer service.
