1. Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
2. Support the sales team by efficiently retrieving stock, including omnichannel orders and stock pullbacks.
3. Maintain an organized and tidy back-of-house area in compliance with Retail Operations standards.
4. Conduct continuous quality control on products and report issues to the Store Lead.
5. Support the after-sales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the client experience.
6. Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and report concerns through Ask Services.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, liaising with Customer Service, and managing orders.
8. Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock takes, and other operational duties as needed.

1. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft software
4. Experience with SAP is desirable
5. Ability to work effectively in a team
6. Capacity to thrive in a busy environment

Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment is preferred.
