Burberry Service Lead

- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the selling floor.
- Act as a quality control supervisor to ensure memorable customer interactions.
- Partner with associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Lead a customer-focused team, providing coaching and feedback to align with brand strategies.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and no unattended clients.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and operations team.
- Provide real-time coaching after transactions and client interactions.
- Develop and retain talented employees through performance recognition and reviews.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with store management on Burberry Experience training and goal setting.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Handle post-void transactions, promotional discounts, and employee sales in management's absence.
- Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital resources for communication.
- Understand and communicate business needs and ideas for growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
