1. Manage the global portfolio for Commercial IT Solutions, including budget and finance governance.
2. Develop plans, tools, and processes for the Commercial Portfolio Review.
3. Formulate competency frameworks and implement internal development for Project and Solution Managers.
4. Establish best practices for Solution Projects and manage external IT vendors.
5. Lead global IT Solution projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
6. Facilitate knowledge exchanges and manage, coach, and develop project teams.
7. Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to capture and implement requirements.
8. Support Senior IT Management with ad hoc tasks and regional problem resolution.
