1. Manage the 'Product Concept' levers focusing on lines, volumes, and detail characterization.
2. Ensure the integration of creative inputs into products, including pattern making and processing, utilizing the latest technical innovations.
3. Oversee the development and technical definition of all collection components such as canvases, prototypes, samples, and CSTs.
4. Optimize technical, functional, and cost aspects of the product.
5. Participate in sample garment trials with design and industrialization teams.
6. Monitor compliance with collection timing and briefing schedules.
7. Facilitate daily communication with the in-house pattern room and atelier for sample making and prototype testing.
8. Oversee all production trials, ensuring adherence to CST vision.
9. Coordinate CAD and 3D office activities.

1. 7 - 10 years of solid experience in a similar role.
2. Proven ability to collaborate with product teams, understanding and interpreting their direction.
3. Strong background in pattern making and technical skills.
4. Experience with PLM systems.
5. Demonstrated experience working closely with an atelier for development.
6. Effective relationship management skills with product and atelier teams.
7. Team management experience.
