1. Oversee the delivery of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts.
2. Manage regional submissions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
3. Analyze regional revenue movements by channel to validate forecasts.
4. Prepare and present PowerPoint slide decks to the CFO and Board, explaining major forecast drivers and key variances.
5. Participate in budget/forecast presentations to the CFO, addressing queries and presenting select slides.
6. Create Board presentations to convey key budget/forecast drivers with clarity.
7. Share revenue projections to inform Product Planning processes.
8. Review and explain constant currency FX models for external reporting.
9. Provide budget/forecast analysis and insights to the Investor Relations team.
10. Conduct feedback sessions to enhance budget/forecast processes and controls.
11. Respond to ad hoc queries and analyses, prioritizing effectively.
12. Mentor and develop team talent, optimizing performance and overseeing development.

1. Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
2. Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders in finance and business

1. Excellent global communication skills
2. Highly analytical and logical mindset
3. Advanced finance system skills, particularly in SAP and BPC
4. Experience in PowerPoint, with Think Cell capability as an advantage

Experience within an FP&A team for a global organization, managing wide groups of senior global stakeholders and delivering high-quality results under time pressure.

Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
