Burberry Senior Finance Analyst

- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate month-end close processes, including journal entries and accounting.
- Prepare and review management reports to ensure accuracy and provide insights aligned with business requirements.
- Develop financial models and insights to support business function reviews, focusing on value creation, headcount analysis, and productivity initiatives.
- Coordinate and evaluate the development of global plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring optimal resource allocation through financial insights.
- Support the business with robust budget control and lead headcount cost forecasting, including monthly reviews of actuals and HR updates.
- Partner with corporate functions to provide financial analysis, challenge assumptions, and offer insights on commercial finance strategies.
- Part qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
- Previous experience in financial analysis, particularly in budgeting and forecasting within a large commercial business.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP and BPC reporting.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and ability to drive process improvements.
Candidates should have prior experience in a financial analysis-focused role, ideally involving budgeting and forecasting tasks within a large commercial enterprise.
Part qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
