1. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate month-end close processes, including journal entries and accounting.
2. Prepare and review management reports to ensure accuracy and provide insights aligned with business requirements.
3. Develop financial models and insights to support business function reviews, focusing on value creation, headcount analysis, and productivity initiatives.
4. Coordinate and evaluate the development of global plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring optimal resource allocation through financial insights.
5. Support the business with robust budget control and lead headcount cost forecasting, including monthly reviews of actuals and HR updates.
6. Partner with corporate functions to provide financial analysis, challenge assumptions, and offer insights on commercial finance strategies.

1. Part qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
2. Previous experience in financial analysis, particularly in budgeting and forecasting within a large commercial business.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Experience with SAP and BPC reporting.
3. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Commercial acumen and ability to drive process improvements.

Candidates should have prior experience in a financial analysis-focused role, ideally involving budgeting and forecasting tasks within a large commercial enterprise.
