1. Lead brand protection initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, excluding China, with a strategic focus on identifying and mitigating intellectual property risks.
2. Oversee customs and criminal enforcement activities, collaborating with law enforcement and external counsel to address infringement issues.
3. Manage civil enforcement matters, including cease and desist actions, settlement negotiations, and litigation strategies.
4. Engage in online enforcement, working with service providers and online platforms to address counterfeit issues.
5. Provide legal advice to support anti-counterfeiting and brand protection efforts, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
6. Adapt enforcement strategies to respond to changes in the counterfeit marketplace and business needs.
7. Lead and develop a team to ensure high performance in enforcement activities.
8. Collaborate with business stakeholders to support business strategies and manage risks.
9. Develop and deliver training programs related to brand protection.
10. Work with the global brand protection team to enhance enforcement efforts and address global IP issues.
11. Partner with industry and enforcement groups to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing.

1. Qualified lawyer with experience in intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting.
2. Experience in litigation, evidence management, and negotiation.

Experience with a reputable law firm and corporate in-house work, focusing on intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting.

Law degree from a recognized institution.
