Burberry Senior Client Advisor

- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs including appointments, UPT, ATV and AUR through high-quality client interactions.
- Deliver a personalised, appointment-driven luxury service using storytelling to inspire desire for Burberry product and brand heritage.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and styling ability to advise clients and close sales, ensuring long-term client retention.
- Execute the end-to-end client journey: create a strong first impression, discover client needs, present product solutions, close the sale and provide after-sales follow-up.
- Proactively capture new luxury clients and grow the store client book through outreach and relationship management.
- Support daily store operations: maintain luxury standards front- and back-of-house, assist with inventory management, replenishment, markdowns and stockroom upkeep as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Burberry guidelines and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster teamwork and a positive working environment while collaborating with store management to meet commercial objectives.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable clienteling experience with appointment-based selling and client acquisition skills.
- Strong interest in fashion, art and culture with deep product knowledge and awareness of competitor offering.
- Impeccable presentation, confident communication and polished interpersonal skills at all client touchpoints.
- Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven with a collaborative and adaptable working style.
- Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is explicitly indicated as desirable; additional language skills are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing roles with a proven sales and clienteling track record; prior experience in appointment-driven, flagship store environments is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in fashion, retail, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
