1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to facilitate the design of new processes and perform gap analysis.
2. Lead the definition of the business blueprint by gathering requirements from stakeholders and drafting the BBP document.
3. Analyse and approve functional analysis provided by IT partners, ensuring alignment with agreed specifications.
4. Supervise and coordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of IT systems from inception to completion.
5. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Product Development, Logistics, Finance, and IT departments.
6. Act as the main point of contact for users, providing support and guidance.
7. Take overall responsibility for user testing and training.
8. Participate in IT-managed roll-out projects.
9. Act as a super user to support before and after new software releases.
10. Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for production parts of the solution.

1. University Degree in Management Engineering or Computer Science.

1. Proficiency in ERP environments; experience in Stealth3000 is an asset.
2. Experience with PLM products.
3. Understanding of Supply Chain, Product Development, Production, and Logistics processes.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.

Experience in a fashion industrial/manufacturing environment, preferably within the Leathergoods business.

University Degree in Management Engineering or Computer Science.
