- Act as a Burberry ambassador to communicate the luxury brand's essence to customers and achieve personal sales targets.
- Deliver customer service in alignment with company standards through product and luxury client interaction training.
- Utilize clienteling techniques to understand customer needs and drive sales through upselling, link selling, and cross-selling.
- Engage potential clients using the client book to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits through appointments via phone, text, email, and direct mail.
- Adhere to company guidelines for product display, organize new arrivals, and ensure proper presentation in-store.
- Prepare the store for customer readiness by checking stock, maintaining store order, and ensuring fitting room cleanliness.
- Organize stockroom inventory by category and size to facilitate efficient markdowns and stock management.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, service, or retail sales is preferred.
- Understanding of store operations and POS systems is advantageous.
- High school diploma or higher education, including associate or bachelor's degree holders.
- Degree in fashion or Chinese language is preferred.
- Ability to work five days a week, including weekends.
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
- Proactive, clear, and efficient communication skills.
- Positive, sociable, results-oriented, responsible, and adaptable.
Prior experience in luxury, fashion, service, or retail sales is preferred.
High school diploma or higher education.
Preference given to individuals with disabilities or national veterans as per relevant laws.
