- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while executing retail growth strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Burberry's luxury brand standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through active engagement and follow-up.
- Ensure adherence to Burberry's visual merchandising guidelines and maintain the selling floor's presentation.
- Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes and inventory management.
- Participate in store contests and contribute to achieving pre-sale goals.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving sales.
- Strong clienteling background and excellent customer service skills.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Interest in fashion and design.
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail setting.
