1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while executing retail growth strategies.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Burberry's luxury brand standards.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through active engagement and follow-up.
4. Ensure adherence to Burberry's visual merchandising guidelines and maintain the selling floor's presentation.
5. Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes and inventory management.
6. Participate in store contests and contribute to achieving pre-sale goals.

1. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving sales.
3. Strong clienteling background and excellent customer service skills.

2. Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to change.
5. Interest in fashion and design.
