- Act as a Burberry ambassador, promoting the luxury brand to clients and achieving personal sales targets.
- Provide customer service in line with company standards, utilizing product and luxury client service training.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling and strive to increase sales through upselling, link selling, and cross-selling.
- Engage potential clients using the client book to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits through calls, texts, emails, and direct mail.
- Adhere to company guidelines for product display and manage new stock by organizing and displaying items in-store.
- Ensure readiness to welcome customers by checking stock, organizing the store, and maintaining fitting room cleanliness.
- Organize stockroom inventory by category and size to facilitate efficient markdown processes and stock management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, service, or retail sales is advantageous.
- Understanding of store operations and POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to work five days a week, including weekends.
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
- Proactive, clear, and efficient communication skills.
- Positive, sociable, results-oriented, responsible, and flexible demeanor.
Experience in luxury, fashion, service, or retail sales is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Preference given to individuals with disabilities and veterans in accordance with relevant laws.
