1. Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets while embodying Burberry's luxury brand standards.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate superior selling skills.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clientele through active client development and follow-through.
4. Adhere to visual merchandising standards and maintain the selling floor according to Burberry guidelines.
5. Ensure the selling floor is prepared and maintained throughout the day, including the beginning and end of shifts.
6. Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory management, and stockroom organization.

1. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and meet sales targets.
3. Strong clienteling skills and a background in customer service.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to change.

A minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Expected base salary ranges from $18.00 to $18.50 per hour, with potential for commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, and incentive packages.
