Burberry Retail Supervisor

- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
- Act as a quality control supervisor to ensure memorable customer interactions.
- Partner with associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Lead a high-performing, customer-focused team, providing coaching and feedback.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and no unattended clients.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and operations team.
- Provide real-time coaching during and after transactions to discuss successes and opportunities.
- Develop and retain talented employees through recognition and performance reviews.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers when necessary.
- Collaborate with store management to set goals and deliver performance feedback.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
- Oversee post-void transactions, promotional discounts, and employee sales in the absence of store management.
- Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
- Understand and communicate business needs and ideas to elevate the business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer flow and ensure high service standards.
1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales is required.
