1. Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Act as a quality control supervisor ensuring memorable customer interactions.

14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
15. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

1. 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

1. Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
2. Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
