- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Supervise, assist, and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer interactions.
- Partner with associates to enhance selling skills and close sales to meet KPIs.
- Lead a customer-focused team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure the delivery of the Burberry Experience.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and no unattended clients.
- Facilitate collaboration among sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and operations team.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback after customer interactions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and retain talent through recognition, monthly development plans, and annual reviews.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers and partner with management on training initiatives.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Handle post-void transactions, promotional discounts, and employee sales in the absence of management.
- Drive in-store digital experiences and utilize digital tools for communication.
- Understand and communicate business needs to elevate store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales is required.
