Burberry Retail Supervisor

- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals.
- Act as a quality control supervisor, ensuring memorable customer interactions.
- Coach and provide feedback to the team to enhance selling skills and service delivery.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and attention to each client.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales associates, specialists, and operations team.
- Conduct real-time coaching and follow-up on transactions and client interactions.
- Develop and retain talent through recognition, monthly development plans, and performance reviews.
- Lead by example in delivering the Burberry Experience to customers.
- Collaborate with store management to set goals and deliver performance feedback.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Manage store operations in the absence of store management, including processing transactions and authorizing discounts.
- Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
