1. Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals.
2. Act as a quality control supervisor, ensuring memorable customer interactions.
3. Coach and provide real-time feedback to the team to enhance selling skills and customer service.
4. Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and no unattended clients.
5. Facilitate collaboration between sales associates, specialists, and operations team.
6. Conduct in-the-moment coaching and follow-up on customer interactions.

8. Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers and lead by example.
9. Partner with store management to set goals and deliver performance feedback.
10. Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
11. Oversee store operations in the absence of store management, including transaction processing and security procedures.
12. Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
14. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

1. 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

1. Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
2. Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
3. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales is required.
