Burberry Regional IT Service Manager

- Develop and drive the regional IT strategy in alignment with business objectives, ensuring IT services are effectively delivered to business stakeholders.
- Oversee service transition processes, ensuring new applications and systems meet operational requirements and are seamlessly integrated into the production environment.
- Manage regional service level reporting, analyzing service availability and incident response metrics to drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and IT teams to ensure effective governance and support for regional IT services.
- Supervise incident and request management processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance service restoration and incident resolution times.
- Lead continuous service improvement plans, fostering a service-oriented team culture focused on customer-centric delivery.
- Ensure effective change management processes, including assessment and validation of changes, to maintain service integrity.
- Drive delivery and support teams to achieve best-in-class service standards globally.
- Proven experience in a service management role within a diverse and global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT systems across a global organization.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT service management software.
- Ability to measure performance against SLAs for IT services.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers in agile and waterfall environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying technical issues for diverse audiences.
- Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and results delivery.
Experience in managing IT systems and services in a global organization, with a focus on service management and continuous improvement.
