1. Coordinate change initiatives within the ICS Portfolio Delivery and other IT functions, highlighting interdependencies and escalating issues as needed.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with business colleagues, IT partners, and local agents, acting as the primary point of contact for change initiatives.
3. Lead and facilitate the implementation of ICS Portfolio Delivery change initiatives within the designated region.
4. Oversee and support the management and implementation of the ICS Delivery Portfolio programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
5. Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
6. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional teams and department heads, to drive change adoption.
7. Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies and processes across the region.
8. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of delivery initiatives.
9. Lead and motivate a regional delivery team, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.

1. Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in major IT delivery, with at least 5 years in a management role.

1. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
2. Proven experience in project management and change management in regional or multi-location environments.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
5. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with project tracking and communication tools.

10+ years in major IT delivery, including 5 years in a management role.

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
