Burberry Regional Delivery Manager

- Coordinate change initiatives within the ICS Portfolio Delivery and other IT functions, highlighting interdependencies and escalating issues as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business colleagues, IT partners, and local agents, acting as the primary point of contact for change initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate the implementation of ICS Portfolio Delivery change initiatives within the designated region.
- Oversee and support the management and implementation of the ICS Delivery Portfolio programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional teams and department heads, to drive change adoption.
- Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies and processes across the region.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of delivery initiatives.
- Lead and motivate a regional delivery team, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in major IT delivery, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
- Proven experience in project management and change management in regional or multi-location environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project tracking and communication tools.
10+ years in major IT delivery, including 5 years in a management role.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
