1. Take ownership of Beauty Product and Graphics briefings, ensuring adherence to guide timings.
2. Track multiple projects to ensure they remain on brief, on time, and within budget, utilizing appropriate project management tools.
3. Provide leadership, planning, and communication on projects, aiming for optimal strategic and creative outcomes.
4. Support teams in delivering both creative and strategic elements of the brief in tandem.
5. Manage risks and escalate issues as necessary, providing resolution options.
6. Plan and organize internal review sessions with clear agendas and next steps.
7. Collaborate confidently with key internal and external stakeholders.
8. Oversee project processes, ensuring smooth operations and clear ways of working.
9. Manage the Graphics and Product team in terms of project allocation and prioritization.

1. Relevant experience managing Graphics, Product Design, and/or Campaign Projects with a strong awareness of the end-to-end creative process.

1. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with strong organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management and communication.
4. Self-motivated and team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Proven track record in managing Graphics, Product Design, and/or Campaign Projects, demonstrating accountability for delivering projects on time and within budget.
