- Produce regular and ad hoc reports using Excel and Tableau for Global Customer Service Teams.
- Manage Management Information (MI) reporting and analysis across operational performance, productivity, and customer service financial reporting.
- Conduct data modeling, requirements gathering, and gap analysis to develop business intelligence solutions.
- Utilize large volumes of internal and external data sources for model development and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness through detailed data and business analysis.
- Maintain knowledge of customer service technologies and systems such as Vonage, SAP C4C, and LivePerson.
- Develop high-quality presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into executive-level insights.
- Support strategic, tactical, and operational transformation initiatives using structured project management methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
- Experience producing business performance reports.
- Experience in customer service operations is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools such as Tableau and Salesforce analytics.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong sense of ownership, driving tasks and projects through to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in producing business performance reports and customer service operations is advantageous.
