Burberry Part-Time Operations Associate

- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse, ensuring product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
- Maintain the back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
- Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead.
- Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational, addressing concerns through Ask services immediately.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks, including answering calls, liaising with customer service, and handling stationery and supermarket orders.
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a busy team environment.
Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.
