Burberry Part-Time Operations Associate

1. Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse, ensuring product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
2. Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
3. Maintain the back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
4. Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead.
5. Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the client experience.
6. Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational, addressing concerns through Ask services immediately.
7. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks, including answering calls, liaising with customer service, and handling stationery and supermarket orders.
8. Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as needed.

1. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft software.
4. Experience with SAP is desirable.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team.
6. Capacity to thrive in a busy team environment.

Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.

The expected base salary ranges from $19.00 to $19.50 per hour, with potential for commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, and other incentives.
