Burberry Operations Supervisor

- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from hubs or warehouses, ensuring product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including for Omnichannel and stock pullback.
- Maintain a tidy and compliant back-of-house environment in line with Retail Operations and Standards.
- Conduct quality control on all products, reporting any issues to the store lead.
- Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational, addressing concerns through Ask services immediately.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks such as answering calls, liaising with customer service, and managing stationery and supermarket orders.
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as required.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a busy team environment.
Previous experience in a similar operations or inventory control role within the retail or luxury fashion industry is preferred.
