Burberry Operations Supervisor

- Lead and inspire the store team on the sales floor, role‑modelling Burberry behaviours and a high standard of customer service.
- Drive sales performance and conversion through clear commercial focus, inventory optimisation and conversion of local market opportunities.
- Coach, develop and retain talent—own team capability, recruitment, mobility and succession planning to elevate store performance.
- Ensure exceptional execution of the Burberry client experience, including advocacy of product, data capture and long‑term relationship building.
- Maintain luxury standards of store presentation and visual merchandising, and steward the use of digital assets to enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational excellence and compliance with corporate policies, local retail legislation and health & safety requirements.
- Monitor team metrics (sales, conversion, shrinkage, experience scores), provide actionable feedback and implement performance improvement plans.
- Proven retail management experience within a luxury brand or high‑end service environment; scope and scale of prior roles will be assessed against store complexity.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales targets and optimising inventory performance.
- Strong leadership and people development capability, with experience recruiting, coaching and retaining high‑performing teams.
- Fluent English; ability to operate in the local language and navigate multicultural customer bases.
- Digital literacy with comfortable use of social media and e‑commerce channels to support omnichannel customer journeys.

Several years of progressive retail management experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, demonstrating responsibility for sales turnover, team leadership and operational delivery appropriate to the size and complexity of the store.
