1. Lead and inspire the store team to achieve high standards in customer service and brand representation.
2. Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, ensuring a luxury environment and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Coach and provide feedback to staff to enhance customer experience and drive brand engagement.
4. Utilize digital assets to enrich customer interactions and experiences.
5. Develop and retain talent, fostering a high-performing and positive team culture.

Experience in a luxury brand or luxury service and selling environment is required. Retail management experience should be commensurate with the role, considering the size and complexity of previous responsibilities.

Expected base salary ranges from $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, with commission earnings as a percentage of sales. Free shares equivalent to 500GBP after one year of service.
