Burberry Operations Supervisor

- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve high standards in customer service and brand representation.
- Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, ensuring a luxury environment and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Coach and provide feedback to staff to enhance customer experience and drive brand engagement.
- Utilize digital assets to enrich customer interactions and experiences.
- Develop and retain talent, fostering a high-performing and positive team culture.
- Implement effective succession planning and staff development initiatives.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships and instill customer-focused behaviors in the team.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product sales performance and optimize inventory sales.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Identify and convert opportunities to enhance store performance and productivity.
- Alignment with Burberry Store Management behaviors.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Passion for fashion and luxury ethos.
- Awareness of local employment and retail legislation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Digital literacy with proficiency in navigating social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
Experience in a luxury brand or luxury service and selling environment is required. Retail management experience should be commensurate with the role, considering the size and complexity of previous responsibilities.
Expected base salary ranges from $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, with commission earnings as a percentage of sales. Free shares equivalent to 500GBP after one year of service.
