Burberry Operations Associate

- Manage all aspects of inventory control including receiving, unpacking and verifying stock delivered from hub or warehouse and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Support sales teams by retrieving and staging merchandise for floor replenishment, Omnichannel fulfilment and stock pullbacks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a tidy, compliant and secure back-of-house environment in accordance with Retail Operations and Standards.
- Perform quality control checks on all products and escalate any product issues to store leadership.
- Support aftersales processes including alterations, repairs and personalisation to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and report faults through Ask services immediately.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative duties such as answering telephone calls, liaising with Customer Service, managing stationery/supermarket orders and other general office tasks.
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock takes and other operational requests as required.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Previous retail operations or stockroom experience; prior exposure to SAP desirable.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and perform in a fast-paced retail environment.

Previous experience in retail operations, stockroom or inventory management is preferred; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
