4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to monitor performance and meet material development targets.
5. Negotiate costs of metal hardware using technical specifications.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and performance standards.
7. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

1. Proven experience in metal hardware development or a similar role.
2. Degree in Materials Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong knowledge of metal hardware design and manufacturing.
3. Demonstrated project management skills with cross-functional teams.

Proven track record in metal hardware development, preferably within the high fashion or luxury brand sectors.

Degree in Materials Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
