- Own and drive the product category, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to develop and implement strategic plans for the product category.
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Design, Product Development, and Planning.
- Engage with Regional Merchandising teams to gather product feedback and conduct market research.
- Analyze sales reports and propose actionable strategies based on findings.
- Develop and present range plans for approval, including pricing and competitive strategies.
- Manage sample budgets and oversee the tracking, maintenance, and ordering of samples.
- Conduct competitive and pricing analysis, partnering with the Corporate Pricing team to align on price structures.
- Organize and coordinate collection notes and buying guides.
- Support market training and administrative duties for the Merchandising team.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and assistant duties to ensure team efficiency.
- Experience in retail with a strong commercial acumen.
- Passion for commerce and product management.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and retail mathematics proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Previous experience in a retail environment with a focus on merchandising or product management is required.
