- Support the Merchandising team to achieve global strategies.
- Compile and generate standard and ad hoc reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Evaluate and analyze business performance at store, digital, and style levels to identify opportunities and enhance productivity.
- Manage stock requests from stores in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
- Analyze stock levels and selling reports across Retail and Digital channels to optimize inventory and balance sales versus stock ratios by store.
- Track seasonal deliveries and partner with Customer Operations teams to ensure timely arrival of orders for seasonal inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Planning, and Operations, to execute product and inventory strategies.
- Partner with Merchandising teams to implement successful transfer and consolidation strategies.
- Analyze size and style selling to develop appropriate distribution strategies for inventory optimization.
- Review distribution center inventory availability to identify re-order and stock pick-up opportunities.
- Create, analyze, track, and communicate seasonal and monthly floor set launches.
- Communicate with field teams and stores about current business trends and opportunities to drive future business.
- Assist in motivating store teams through product knowledge and communication of seasonal deliveries and trends.
- Support seasonal buying campaigns through ad hoc reporting and sizing.
- 1-2 years of experience in Allocation/Planning, including temporary positions or internships.
- 2 to 4-year college degree.
- Proficient in Retail Math.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask high-volume workloads.
- Comfortable in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner and strategize with cross-functional teams.
- Team player.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
1-2 years in Allocation/Planning, including temporary roles or internships.
2 to 4-year college degree required.
