- Oversee the industrialization process of outerwear products from prototyping to bulk production.
- Provide technical support to Product Development and Product Engineering teams.
- Manage raw materials from development to industrialization, ensuring product feasibility and quality.

- Establish and maintain partnerships with industry experts, academia, and trade associations.

- Lead special projects and provide training and guidance to peers and partners.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while preserving brand aesthetic and design integrity.
- Strong technical knowledge of outerwear construction and technical materials.
- Expertise in managing supplier relationships and understanding manufacturing processes.
- Skilled in cost engineering and balancing creative direction with commercial targets.
- Strong critical path management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation and stakeholder management.
- In-depth fashion sensibility with understanding of luxury outerwear market.
- Proficiency in PLM and Excel.
Significant experience in outerwear construction, technical materials, and manufacturing processes.
