1. Lead proactive Health & Safety communications, analyze trends, and drive improvements.
2. Conduct risk-based health and safety inspections and assessments.
3. Collaborate with line managers to ensure fire safety measures and emergency planning are in place.
4. Monitor and investigate health and safety incidents, identifying causes and recommending solutions.
5. Deliver accredited training content and safety briefings as a Highfield-approved tutor.
6. Provide coaching and training to maintain an effective health and safety culture.
7. Support Mental and Occupational Health and Wellbeing programs.
8. Develop and implement Health & Safety objectives, policies, and management standards.
9. Represent UK Supply Chain in the global Health & Safety team, using presentation skills to raise standards.

1. Minimum TechIOSH level or equivalent through a recognized professional body (IOSH/IIRSM).
2. Experience or qualifications related to RRO, PUWER, DSEAR, LOLER, CDM, Training.

1. Proficiency in IT packages such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience in a manufacturing or distribution health and safety role is required.
