- Support the digital merchandiser in executing innovative merchandising strategies that align with the brand's vision.
- Analyze sales and engagement trends to optimize site merchandising and enhance consumer experience.
- Review and interpret weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
- Monitor product availability and highlight stock shortages and content gaps.
- Drive sales through effective product merchandising, taxonomy optimization, and on-site search enhancements.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive product representation across emails and landing pages.
- Assist in buy preparation and take detailed notes during brand presentations and market checks.
- Execute and review site merchandising projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain product attribution accuracy and implement 'complete the look' recommendations for product launches.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar digital merchandising role
- Proficiency with web analytics tools
- Experience with CMS and PIM tools, knowledge of Fredhopper is advantageous
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
A minimum of two years in a comparable digital merchandising position, with a focus on luxury fashion or retail.
