- Lead sales associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Drive sales for assigned categories, collaborating with the Store Manager on sell-through and team training.
- Coach and provide feedback to ensure the delivery of the Burberry Experience.
- Manage customer flow to ensure exceptional service and no unattended clients.
- Facilitate collaboration on the selling floor among sales associates, specialists, and operations team.
- Conduct real-time coaching and post-transaction reviews with associates.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and retain talented employees through performance reviews.
- Integrate new employees into the business effectively.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers as needed.
- Partner with Store Manager and Training to oversee Burberry Experience training.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Process post-void transactions and authorize discounts in the absence of store management.
- Enhance the digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
- Communicate business needs and ideas to elevate the business.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency in handling complex customer service issues.
- Fluency in professional dialogue with clients and staff.
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
- Leadership and team management.

- Digital communication and resource utilization.
3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
