1. Manage wholesale accounts across multiple countries in the EMEIA region.
2. Prepare and edit order confirmations, and manage order entry to delivery lifecycle.
3. Coordinate with hub teams and transportation for timely shipping and delivery.
4. Work closely with accounts receivable to reconcile invoices and manage credit.
5. Support team supervisor with daily tasks and team training.
6. Participate in communication of shortages, vendor delays, and re-timings to stakeholders.
7. Provide daily activity reports and manage communication with retail teams.

1. Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
2. Very good to advanced Excel skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Understanding of order lifecycle activities and shipping processes.
3. Experience with SAP (AFS) for order management.
4. Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
5. Familiarity with import/export regulations and incoterms.

Previous experience working with international customers is preferred.
