1. Engage and manage stakeholders and suppliers to ensure optimal procurement outcomes.
2. Develop and implement strategic procurement strategies across various sub-categories including Professional Services, Tax, Insurance, HR, Consultancy, and Contingent Labour.
3. Collaborate with Legal and Information Security teams to establish quality contracts with credible suppliers.
4. Provide regular reporting on cost savings, project progress, and supplier performance.
5. Manage the UK Managed Service Provider (MSP) including conducting quarterly business reviews and KPI reporting.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert on contingent labour management, AEO, IR35 legislation, and AWR.
7. Ensure compliance and governance of contractor background screening to safeguard Burberry’s AEO accreditation, including ongoing audits and performance management of MSP and third-party agencies.
8. Oversee governance and compliance management of the contingent workforce in line with IR35 legislation post-April 2021.
9. Identify and implement continuous improvement programs within procurement processes.

1. Extensive operational and commercial experience in contingent labour or travel category management.
2. Proven ability to form and manage effective stakeholder and supplier relationships.

1. Advanced Excel, analytical, and presentation skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to challenge respectfully while maintaining professional relationships.

Extensive operational and commercial experience in the contingent labour or travel category is required.
