Burberry Client Engagement Manager

- Develop and implement the client engagement strategy for the Middle East and India, ensuring alignment with the EMEIA Client Engagement Director.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across merchandising, retail, marketing, and operations to ensure a comprehensive 360-degree approach.
- Support the design and implementation of clienteling processes at the sub-regional level, ensuring consistency and effective use of clienteling tools in stores.
- Implement and promote the Clienteling culture training program and Team Managers coaching program.
- Develop and implement clienteling store tools, including outreach packs and reporting systems.
- Oversee the sub-regional personal shopping business and foster partnerships with connectors and agencies.
- Define and execute the events strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and regional needs.
- Analyze event effectiveness and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define and manage the annual events budget, including estimation and administrative processes.
- Experience in client engagement or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
- Familiarity with the Middle East market is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and proactive attitude.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Relevant experience in client engagement, project management, or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
