- Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand, fostering a desire for Burberry products.
- Deliver luxury service, demonstrating expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling.
- Enhance the client experience by following the client journey, from initial impression to closing sales and maintaining client relationships.
- Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
- Contribute to store operations by upholding high luxury standards in product presentation, inventory management, and stockroom maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain visual standards as per Burberry guidelines.
- Cultivate teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Capture new luxury clients to expand the client book with a focus on commercial objectives.
- Ensure client retention by regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Good understanding of store retail operations and competitor products.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Fluency in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
- Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care in client interactions.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling.
- Assertive with impeccable presentation and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
- Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury fashion, with a focus on client engagement and service excellence.
