- Guide clients through the Burberry client journey, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
- Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.

- Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is desirable.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
