Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
- Drive category performance and ensure comprehensive understanding of new collections.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying Burberry's service standards.
- Manage customer flow on the sales floor to ensure attentive service.
- Provide real-time guidance and support to colleagues on the sales floor.
- Assist in talent development through feedback and training support.
- Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Leverage digital tools to enhance customer experience and team performance.
- Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures, POS, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end client service.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and comfort with digital tools, including Apple devices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong client focus, organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Genuine passion for fashion and styling, with a keen interest in luxury products.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end client service is required.
